Like you, we here at SupplyPro are closely monitoring the rapidly developing situation with COVID-19. It goes without saying that our priority during this uncharted time is the health, safety, and well-being of our team and their families, our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
Under the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency within the Department of Homeland Security, the FDA Drug Shortage Unit and the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA), SupplyPro is considered an essential supplier.
The essential business of SupplyPro ensures the continuity of supply chain operations, important to critical infrastructure activities related to safety, transportation, power and energy, water treatment and food and pharmaceutical production through the production, operation and support of automated procurement systems and software.
While we remain open for business, we are operating in an abundance of caution and employing recommended safety measures. Wherever possible our staff will be working remotely, and we will be operating two manufacturing shifts to limit exposure. We are happy to report we are processing parts shipments and we do not expect any delays in currently planned system delivery timeframes.
During this period of uncertainty, we will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation and alter our plans when appropriate.
While we may not be seeing you in person, rest assured, we stand ready to support your supply chain, as we have for the last 25 years. We look forward to working with you by phone, email, and video conference.
We wish you the best as you navigate these uncertain times in your daily life and in your business.
